One of the first things that we do at Scottsdale
Highlands is ask you a lot of questions. We'd like to understand
more about your lifestyle, your habits, your future plans and
anything else that will help us in the planning process for your
new home. We combine this with some well-placed suggestions about
latest trends in the industry that you may or may not have considered.
Perhaps you should consider a craft room if
your family is involved in projects that need a dedicated space
for such activities. Maybe you need a home gym and want it in
an area of the house with the least risk of distraction. Or maybe
it's a combination in home movie theater and game room with a
separate entrance for your daughter's teenage friends. All of
these considerations and more will be discussed during the design
phase of the process.
