discounts are passed directly on to our clients. This results
in a tremendous cost savings for our clients.
o Client authorization - Our clients authorizes the payment of
all invoices. This allows our clients to maintain control over
your homes' construction.
o Qualified Sub-Contractors - The bidding is open to all qualified
sub-contractors to make sure that the best craftsmen available
work on your homes. We also prepare bid scopes to make sure that
sub-contractors are bidding accurately on each feature of your
home.
